Shalinistack ("we", "us") is an AI systems studio based in Jaipur, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the consultation you booked, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process this data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting it) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.
We rely on a small number of established providers to operate: Google Workspace (email, calendar and scheduling) and Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Enquiry and booking records are retained for up to 24 months from our last contact, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Data is held in access-controlled accounts protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit collection to what we genuinely need, which is the most effective protection available.
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
